Abstract

Biography

Ousseynou Gueye, a PhD candidate in History, affiliated with the ETHOS doctoral school (Studies on Man and Society) at UCAD. His area of expertise focuses on the history of international and strategic relations. His doctoral thesis is titled “The Evolution of Trade Relations Between Senegal and Mali from 1960 to the 2000s.” He is a junior researcher at LASPAD, where he conducts research on the BRICS+ and also works on issues related to intraregional trade within the ECOWAS space and the geopolitics of Africa’s natural resources.
