Fadilou Ndoye

Holder of a master’s degree in international and European law, political science option with a specialization in strategic studies from the University of Paris Sorbonne Nord, Fadilou Ndoye worked on a research dissertation on “Senegal’s foreign policy under Macky Sall: the choice of partners since 2014. He also extended the reflection on Senegalese external action in the consular field following an internship at the Consulate General of Senegal in Paris with an internship report “Consular protection of Senegalese abroad”. Currently, he is in his third year of a doctorate between the Marie and Louis Pasteur and Gaston Berger Universities on “Senegal’s foreign policy: analysis of the conduct of international affairs since decolonization”. His research areas mainly concern Senegal’s bilateral relations, community policy, continental construction, and African dynamics in intergovernmental organizations.
