Lecturer at Gaston Berger University. Doctor of EHESS (2012) and guest professor at Sciences Po Lyon (2017), he also taught at the University of Perpignan (2007 to 2015) before speaking at Saint-Louis University in Brussels (2015 to 2022). Co-founder and deputy director of LASPAD, he is the coordinator of Global Africa and the Citizen Security Barometer. A sociologist and anthropologist, he supervises several master’s and doctoral theses at the Center for the Study of Religions (UGB, UFR CRAC). His research focuses on contemporary religion, human security, conflicts and war crimes, and digital humanities. International consultant and expert, member of various scientific associations, he is editor and author of several articles, reports and books.
