Multilateralism Bulletin Issue No. 3

The third issue of the Multilateralism Bulletin is now available, featuring a special file on Sierra Leone, which held the presidency of the UN Security Council in November 2025.

This special edition offers:
🔹 A historical overview of Sierra Leone’s multilateral positions
🔹 An introduction to key national figures involved in international institutions
🔹 A compilation of UN resolutions concerning Sierra Leone, especially during the civil war
🔹 An analysis of the priorities put forward by Sierra Leone during its presidency
🔹 The themes the country has historically supported within multilateral forums

This issue also reviews:
📝 The five resolutions adopted by the Security Council in November 2025, mostly focused on Syria, Gaza, and the Gulf of Aden, as well as a renewed Chapter VII peacekeeping mandate and the Secretary-General’s report on Sudan.

🌍 The bulletin concludes with an examination of the Senegalese and Djiboutian delegations at COP30, based on daily monitoring of their activities and public engagements.
