Biography

Dr. Sokhna Rosalie Ndiaye is a political sociologist and teacher-researcher at Rose Dieng France-Senegal University in Dakar, where she also holds the position of Head of the Research and Scientific Cooperation Division. Affiliated with the SCRIPTS Cluster of Excellence in Berlin, she holds a doctorate in public and social policies from Charles University in Prague, where she also teaches governance theories. She is the author of several books and articles examining policymaking and governance in countries of the Global South. His current research focuses on democracy, endogenous governance systems, social movements, the notion of public space vs. political space, participatory policymaking and life trajectories in low-income countries. It integrates the “new social dynamics” axis of LASPAD.
