LASPAD has a network of senior experts and is part of various existing international networks. The laboratory welcomes and works with many young people, doctoral students, researchers, entrepreneurs, artists and actors from civil society organizations. From then on, LASPAD is developing several mentoring systems making it possible to create, support and support collaborations between a senior researcher and a junior researcher, but also more generally between a more experienced person and a younger person in different fields of skills and expertise.
