Biography
Mr. Al Hassane Niang, a specialist in public governance and institutional reforms, has worked for fifteen years supporting ACP (African, Caribbean, and Pacific) countries in implementing public reforms and policies. He currently serves as Managing Director of B&S Europe and oversees projects and programs as Project Director.
