The family in Africa, in its conceptualization, attracts the covetousness of a plurality of discourses. Installed at the heart of a civilizational creolity, a consequence of the colonial phenomenon, it constitutes the receptacle of a swarm of exogenous projections, thus disrupting the monopoly of the Black African approach in the definition of its identity.
Biography
Ndeye Coumba Madeleine NDIAYE, Associate Professor of Law. She teaches at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar and is a permanent member of the LERCDA. Her research focuses on civil law, the law of persons and private judicial law.
