Biography
With nearly 17 years of experience and high-level know-how in economic and business law, he has accompanied numerous missions evaluating legal, regulatory, institutional and judicial frameworks as well as carrying out reforms and drafting of legal texts in this area for the benefit of regional organizations (OHADA, ECOWAS, UEMOA, CEMAC) and international organizations (Expert with the IFC of the World Bank group) and States (Senegal, Mali, Togo, Niger, Gabon).
In the digital sector, Boubacar Diallo has participated in numerous missions to evaluate and improve legal and regulatory frameworks in Africa, particularly within the framework of the AU, OHADA, ECOWAS, UEMOA as well as in Senegal, Mali, Togo and Gabon.
