Fadilou Ndoye

Holding a Master’s degree in International and European Law, specializing in Political Science with a focus on Strategic Studies from Paris Sorbonne Nord University, Fadilou Ndoye wrote his research thesis on “Senegal’s Foreign Policy under Macky Sall: The Choice of Partners Since 2014.” He further explored Senegal’s external action in the consular field following an internship at the Consulate General of Senegal in Paris, culminating in a report entitled “Consular Protection of Senegalese Abroad.” He is currently in his third year of doctoral studies, jointly conducted by Marie and Louis Pasteur University and Gaston Berger University, focusing on “Senegal’s Foreign Policy: An Analysis of the Conduct of International Affairs Since Decolonization.” His research interests primarily concern Senegal’s bilateral relations, regional policy, continental integration, and African dynamics within intergovernmental organizations.
