Iba DIOP CISSÉ

Iba Diop Cissé holds a Master’s degree in English and Project Management. He is currently a PhD candidate at Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis and a research fellow at LASPAD. He is also an English teacher at the Maarif International School and teaches specialized English at the private universities COM ISM and UKB.
