Mohamadou BOYE

Biography

A graduate in Private Law and Criminal Sciences, Mohamadou BOYE has a doctorate in law from the University of Orléans. He also studied at the Paris Bar Training School. Associate researcher at the POTHIER Legal Research Center, he teaches law at the UFR of legal and political sciences at the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis in Senegal (UGB). His work currently focuses on transparency in hydrocarbon contracts and taxation applied to the extractive sector in Senegal, Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA) in Senegal and Banking and Financial Law. He was head of the Private Law Department at Gaston Berger University (2016-2020). He has 19 years of experience teaching Taxation and Banking and Financial Law. He is the organizer of the annual conference on “SENEGAL AND HYDROCARBONS”.
