Biography

Serigne Mamadou Kara Mbaye is a PhD candidate in Private Law at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at Cheikh Anta DIOP University (UCAD). He is currently a research fellow at the Laboratoire d’analyse des sociétés et pouvoirs / Afrique – Diasporas (LASPAD).
